Since I upgraded my Scram 440 to 500cc I have one perfectly run in 440 piston left over, only 5k km on it.
@Dool mentioned somewhere here that you only need to bore out the Hima cylinder (and hone it) which should be cheap.
The stock ECU will be running this relatively small displacement increment without problem (as it does in my 440 -> 500 conversion).
I will charge you packing and shipping, the piston (complete with rings etc.) is free.
PM me if interested.

Design of the crown is dissimilar to LS410 but I wouldn't worry, keep us informed as to the outcome.
I'll send the 443 map when I can.

I found that the Valve for 440 is also a different part number than Himalayan 411.

@SoBa Yo, I think we've already talked on Insta. Update: Even though the valves are diff, the 440 cylinder kit is a direct fit on the himalayan ( needs mods to the chamber tho, to allow the block to seat into the chamber ). The 411 engine head can be fitted as it is and doesn't need any changes. My bike is built, starts up in one go, but so far having sluggishness / misfiring issues. Anyone here can help me resolve the same?
@Dool Any leads?

Sounds lean, can you get the AFR checked?

AFR Meter using a Wide Band O2 sensor or a Sniffer at a dyno shop.
I bought mine from Aliexpress so you may have trouble l, initially I bought an AFR Meter as a tuning tool thinking to just insert the sensor into the muffler and get readings but eventually decided to fit it permanently.

This is it fitted to my 443cc build.
Now I use the same unit and sensor on my Bullet 440cc, sensor is Bosch, 52mm gauge Chinese.

Tachometer was not working :)

Understood, I was eyeing a wideband o2 sensor kit a while ago. I'll try and get my hands onto one. For the time being do you have any suggestions how can I richen the fuel mixture on the bike?
