I am converting my BS6 to 500cc from 477cc - so we will have one used 477cc forged 83.5mm kit available in a few days.
The cylinder looks 1A inside and so do piston and rings. The set has run maybe 6000km so it has been well run in (by myself - always full synth oil and careful first 500km).
The piston will be cleaned of all carbon residue and will look like a new one - so will the cylinder.
However if you do not want a "pre broken in" set you can add 50 euros to the price and we will give it a new liner and do the entire boring/honing shebang including a new set of rings.
Set price is 399.- Euro (449.- respectively with new liner) plus shipping and the set is complete as advertised in the web shop for 599.-Euro here: (new gaskets, plugs etc.)
