I test drove the Bear. It has more power compared with the guerrilla but not crazy more, the Power developed more even over the rpm band and there was ample torque at low rpm. The seating position is markedly higher,I couldn't reach the ground flat footed like I can with guerrilla. It's also more of a forward leaning position. And of course due to weight it's a bit harder to maneuver when standing.
