477 first impressions

Well after installing the 477 kit with cam I have around 500 miles on it I'm happy. I also installed a 16 tooth front sprocket and 40 rear seems to fit my needs just right. The bike can run 70 mph at 5k rpm on the highway with no issues and room to spare for passing if needed. It runs similar to the KLR 650 but much lighter.

Why 16/40 instead of 16/38? the 16/40 combination is a ratio of 2.50 and stock is 2.53 doesn't seem to be much of a difference to matter. The 16/38 is a ratio of 2.38.
