Well close anyhow at 442cc!
I figured the 410 was too easy and the 475/500 was a bit over the top considering the size of the crank bearings.
So somewhere in the middle perhaps is a good spot
With this costing me about A$550 (not including the barrel)so far I do not see it as a viable seller and am just doing it for the most important person I can think of,,, me😁

Very healthy 3mm of liner.

I didn't spot this until recently, how did you get on with this build? If it worked out could this be a viable addition to your offerings?

No problems with the build but as you can see on this dyno chart, I bit the Bullet and went back to 475cc.

2.1 Hp and 2.2 ftlbs torque extra for 33cc!.

Did you have to mod the combustion chamber for the 440?

For the 475 both peak power and torque at roughly 4.5k is interesting. Could that be a more optimised map required or has it reached the limit of the head and valve design?

Also based on these figures I guess about 24hp is a realistic for the 410 kit, cam and air filter. Unfortunately I don't have access to a dyno but would love to get the real figures, especially AFR , for my 410 build.
