We have a brand new cylinder (zero km) and a fitting 83.5mm forged piston (ca. 2000km but like new) complete with new rings and a gasket set for sale at 259.- Euro plus shipping. The catch here is that one fin was damaged in transport - we are currently repairing it. Fortunately the fin is located next to the adjuster for the timing chain, so inside the bike and barely visible from the outside.
I will put up pics as soon as I get the cylinder back from the workshop.

Here are a few pics. you can see the damage due to rough transport - then the repair and finally the paint that makes it almost invisible (certainly once it is in operation as those parts are under the seat/tank). The piston has been polished as well.
