Why the new 450 may not be the best choice for the money

I have looked at the Triumph scrambler 400 - it is a little bit cheaper than the Hima 450 and has most of the characteristics.
It does have a more pleasant instrument panel IMO.

The horsepower (HP) of the Triumph Scrambler 400 X is 39.5 bhp (29.4 kW) at 8,000 rpm. It is powered by a 398.15cc single-cylinder engine. The torque is 37.5 Nm (27.7 ft-lb) at 6,500 rpm.
The Triumph already has alu wheels allowing for tubeless - a feature RE will make you pay extra for! and the brakes look a lot more trust inspiring.
Overall I would guess QC at Triumph is better than the shit RE throws at us (my experience at least).

Funny enough when someone did a speed test with it running its speedo against GPS it showed a wide variance: 160 indicated is only 143 GPS
the Hima 450 has the same BHP output so we can assume it will have a similar top speed. That top speed can be reached by a well tuned 500cc old Hima with a 17 sprocket as well.
